Different applications demand specific material behaviors. A general machine shop might treat all steel the same, but we tailor our approach based on rigorous performance indicators:

For General Transmission: We utilize 45 Steel with tempering (230–260 HBS) to balance cost and strength.

For Heavy Loads: We apply 40Cr quenching and tempering (35–42 HRC) to ensure gear shafts withstand immense pressure.

For High-Speed Spindles: We employ 20CrMnTi carbonitriding or 38CrMoAl nitriding to achieve surface hardness of 58–63 HRC, ensuring wear resistance under high RPM.
